Techniques used: Time-motion analysis, heart rate analysis, V02max and lactate equilibrium testing, body composition assessment (skinfold and densitometry), blood lactate analysis, muscle biopsy analysis (creatine, glycogen, fibre type), design of specific fitness testing instruments and protocols.
