V2.90 Software (update released August 20, 2010)

Please complete all of the following fields to request the SMARTSPEED V2.90 software release. Your request will be answered within 48 hours and you will be directed to the appropiate download site.

You must submit your PDA serial number(s) in the appropriate field below to be sent the upgrade.

To discover your serial number(s), go to: 

SETTINGS/SYSTEM/HP ASSET VIEWER on your PDA. The serial number is listed on the IDENTITY tab.

If you have multiple PDAs, please list additional serial numbers in the comments box below.

You will also be asked to supply your unit firmware version, to ensure this is up to date. To discover your unit firmware version, turn on one unit, scan it, and record the firmware version number. If you are unsure, select "other".
