| What is the warranty offered with Fusion Sport products? |
| All products are covered by a 12 month factory warranty on parts and workmanship. Outside of the warranty period all repairs or upgrades carry a 90 day warranty on parts and workmanship. |
| How do customers receive support for Fusion Sport products? |
| Your distributor is trained to provide front line support during your local business hours. Advanced support can be requested from the Australian head office or UK support lines. Support is available by phone, email or by submitting a contact request on the Fusion Sport website. Additional support tools, tutorials and sample drills are available to clients through the website. |
| How do customers receive software upgrades, and how much do they cost? |
| Currently, software upgrades are free to all customers by visiting the software downloads page and completing a software request form. Customers are then sent a link to download the latest release software, which is installed simply by copying to the PDA and tapping once to install. |

| What is the maximum gate capacity of SMARTSPEED? |
| The current software is designed for a maximum of 16 gates on one PDA, however this can be expanded easily. The maximum number of lanes for use with one PDA is currently 8. |
| What is the radio frequency of the Smartspeed system and are there any compliance issues? |
| Fusion’s wireless technology is based on a proprietary 2.4 Ghz protocol. All fusion products have CE, C-tick and FCC compliance. |
